About The Mason Gallery
The Mason Gallery, an artist-owned gallery in Bar Harbor, features the fine art photography of Stan Mason, and often displays the work of visiting artists using a variety of media. Stan’s photography is inspired by the natural beauty and rich culture of Downeast Maine. Color and monochrome prints of digital and film photographs featuring landscape, nature, and documentary themes are on exhibit and available for purchase. Collections of photographs in book and folio form are also available.
The Mason Gallery is located at 78 West Street in Bar Harbor, next to the Alone Moose Gallery and across West Street from the Harborside Hotel. Gallery hours are 11am to 7pm Sunday through Friday from Memorial Day to mid-October. Hours are often extended during the middle of the season and may vary slightly after Labor Day. Stan is available by appointment for additional gallery viewing and commissioned photography.
